About CMEs TRAINING

Critical Medical Education & Training, Inc. (CMEs Training) was created in 2010 after identifying a need for a continuing education company serving medical professionals that was knowledgeable, flexible, accredited and could provide education in a stress free learning environment.

CMEs Training has two locations for convenience; Pompano Beach and Royal Palm Beach. Both these locations offer many courses that are delivered in a class size that is personal, manageable and where each student has access to equipment for hands-on training. We also travel nationwide with any of our courses for private and group classes.

Our instructors are enthusiastic professionals; Anesthesiologists, PA’s, Paramedics, RN’s, all with a common goal of presenting the student with the most up to date information professionally, proficiently and stress free.

CMEs OVERVIEW

FIRE, EMS & Nursing Courses

Our vision is to educate with PRIDE – Professionalism, Respect, Integrity, Dependability, Evaluation.

CMEs Training is owned and operated by Thomas Banks and Ruth Sadlier.

Thomas Banks (Tom) is a retired Firefighter/Paramedic from a local Fire Rescue Department after 34 years. Most of his career, Tom was involved in education and being a Field Training Officer. It was only natural that after retirement he would continue with his passion for education and open CMEs Training.

A Training Center Faculty for the American Heart Association, Tom has continued to teach and hold positions in hospitals and private practice maintaining licenses to teach with the American Heart Association, NAEMT and NAEMSE to name a few. Tom continues to work diligently providing quality continuing education through CMEs Training and strives to constantly challenge and raise the industry standard.

Ruth Sadlier was originally from England earning a degree in Hotel and Catering Management. Shortly after graduating she decided to travel throughout Europe before settling into a career. After living in Greece for three years, Ruth was given the opportunity to move to Florida where she began her employment in the field of law enforcement working in all areas of communications, corrections, organized crime and in the evidence department where she worked to provide a higher level of customer service and satisfaction.

After earning degrees from Northwood University for Business Management, Ruth felt it was time to pursue her life-long dream of running a business all while continuing to provide customer service and satisfaction. She joined forces with Tom Banks and put together a business plan that would provide a source of continuing education to medical professionals. From this plan CMEs Training was born.
